Registration Policy

REFUNDS: ALL registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT the full rate; a refund of 50% on the full rate is available upon special request up to five days prior to the event.

All refund requests must be submitted to registration@achillesmedia.com

TRANSFERS: ALL registrations are transferable up to five days before the event (Tuesday, June 8, 2010)  AND are subject to a $200.00 administration fee, due at the time of transfer.

ASSOCIATION DISCOUNT RATE: Discounts apply to new registration only and are not retroactive. You must use your association discount during your initial registration for BANFF/nextMEDIA 2010.  NO refunds will be issued to association members following ticket purchase.
